When you complete the GENIUS YOU survey, we ask for some personal and work profile details as this helps us with the analysis and processing of the results of your survey. When you sign up to our CREATIVE GYM and to our mailing list, we ask for your name and email address. We also keep a record of communications by email you may have with us. The information shared with us is strictly confidential. If used for research purposes, the information we have is anonymised.
